Welcome, potential buyer interested in my tiny home —

I’m listing my newly renovated tiny home on wheels here on my music teaching website (www.silvanimusic.com/tinyhome), and it’s also up on Kijiji and Facebook Marketplace.

The tiny home (22′ x 8′ with loft) is currently parked just south of Rockwood, Ontario, on a beautiful 15-acre property. It’s a well-built, mobile, and flexible space — perfect for a full-time residence, rental, or retreat.

We’re letting it go for $30,000 CAD, which is essentially the cost of materials — not including the hundreds of hours of labour and love that went into building it. We’re hoping this makes it accessible to someone who’ll make good use of it. It’s fully mobile and roadworthy.

Fresh renovations: New flooring across the main floor, upgraded wall insulation
Blank-slate kitchen: The previous basic kitchen has been removed so you can design it your way

Why I’m Selling:

I originally built this home with the intention of living in it full-time. Toward the end of the build, I met the woman who became my wife — and I’ve since relocated to Florida to start our life together. That’s why this beautiful little home is now up for sale.
